Headquartered in Germany, EZM Edelstahl Zieherei Mark is a German firm performing alloyed, non-alloyed, titanium alloyed, high-alloy, cold drawn, grinding and cold rolling as well as all kinds of finishing works and manufacturing highest quality classic round polished steel and cold drawn sections including heat treated, project based special manufacturing materials required for automotive, automotive sub-industry, machinery manufacturing industry, medical industry and defense industry.
The firm started its first manufacturing in 1906. It moved from Witten to Wengern in 1965 and it continued to operate under Thyssen Edelstahlwerke brand until 1980s in the manufacturing of both hot and cold rolled steel.
In 1988, it became one of the leading manufacturers in Europe, with a monthly group manufacturing of 2,600 tons of rolled wire and 3,200 tons of stainless steel. In 1997, EZM demerged from Thyssen group and it focused its manufacturing only on cold rolled steel.
EZM, which is the leading raw material supplier in the medical industry in Turkey, continues to increase its raw material supply and market share in automotive and automotive sub-industry, specifically in Germany and Turkey.
